DELIVERY

All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorization and stock availability.
- Standard Shipping - 7-10 Business Days A$5.00 or free on order over $50
- Registered Post - 7-10 Working Days A$8.00 or A$3.00 if qualified for free shipping.
- Express Post - 3-5 Business Days A$20.00 or free on order over $150

Please note that if the order has already been dispatched, and cannot be recalled, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please see our Returns Policy for details.

RETURNS


Marcuse is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days of delivery.

Marcuse recognizes that, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In the case of having faulty goods please follow the same course of action subject to the conditions detailed below.

We ask that all goods being returned from within Australia be returned to us within 7 days. International returns should be shipped within 10 days.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with all labels attached. Please ensure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

All returned goods must be accompanied by:
- A copy of or the original invoice.
- Order number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number or email address, reason for return and details of refund or replacement required. Returned goods will not be accepted without this information.

Exchanges are possible, but replacement items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

All items being returned must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Marcuse will not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise.

We offer free shipping for all national and international orders, for any reasons of refund, a $7.95 handling fee per item will be deduct from your refund.

Proof of postage is not proof of delivery; therefore we strongly recommend that you use recorded or special delivery when returning items to us, as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.

On sale items are non refundable, exchange can be made subject to availability.

Because men's underwear is an intimate item, whether they are worn or not, we are unable to accept returns.

Your Account


When using the website you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of you account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Please inform us immediately if you have reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorized manner. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. Marcuse reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion without charge to you.


Our Contract


When you place an order from Marcuse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. We must receive full payment for the products that you order before it can be accepted. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are at liberty to enter into legally binding contracts. Therefore if you are under the age of 18, please solicit your parent or guardian to make the purchase on your behalf.

Pricing


All of the prices on our website are in Australia dollars therefore if you are purchasing your item from outside of Australia, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may apply. All other currencies shown on the site are for reference only. The amount charged to your card could be different depending on the exchange rate of the day your bank processes the transaction.



Delivery


All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorization and stock availability. For delivery charges please see separate section on the website. The customer becomes owner of the goods once the order has been dispatched. When the order has been delivered the goods will be held at your own risk and Marcuse will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction. If the goods are returned to us because the courier could not complete the delivery the customer will be responsible for the charge of redelivery.

Reward Program


MPoints have no expiry date. Marcuse reserves the right to make any changes to a reward program.



Trademarks


All Marcuse swimwear trademarks, graphics, logos, product names and scripts are the property of their respective owners and may not be used in connection with any other product or service, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Marcuse.

Liability


Marcuse shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however caused, including (but not restricted to) loss of business or profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships, loss of data and other financial loss. Marcuse's liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced amount of the relevant order. Nothing in this agreement shall limit Marcuse liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

Our policy is to deal with any problems and difficulties efficiently and fairly. If you have reason to complain about the service, please e-mail us at admin@marcuse.com.au We will, wherever possible, respond within 2 working day, either resolving the complaint, or with a timescale for resolution.
